Process lines that cannot tolerate stoppages use cabinet LiFePO4 energy storage as a bridge power source, with hybrid/off-grid inverters handling pure sine conversion.

Grid quality issues caused PLC resets and scrap. Diesel gensets were expensive to run for short interruptions and required manual start procedures.
Longlight Solution
Install Longlight-304 18kWh cabinet ESS with Longlight-INV6 (or Longlight-205 off-grid for pure islanding zones). Automatic transfer keeps PLCs, conveyors and quality sensors alive while larger non-critical loads may still wait for generator.
