Project Overview

For a two-storey villa with swimming-pool pumps, air-conditioning and evening lighting loads, Longlight configured a hybrid PV + storage system that prioritizes solar self-use while guaranteeing seamless backup when the grid is unstable.

Customer Challenge

The household faced rising electricity tariffs and frequent evening brownouts. The owner needed quiet pure-sine power for appliances, pool equipment and home office gear, without a noisy diesel generator as the first line of defense.

Longlight Solution

We paired an Longlight-INV3 6.2kW / 48V hybrid inverter with dual-MPPT PV input, a wall-mounted Longlight-200 10kWh LiFePO4 battery and 12 × 450W monocrystalline modules. Critical loads are split to a UPS-style output for lights, routers and refrigerators; non-critical loads ride the second AC output.
